Respect others' intellectual property when uploading specifications, code, designs, images, documents or other content. Owning an account or paying an invoice does not establish rights in third-party material. Deliverable ownership is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Reporting infringement

Send copyright concerns to maria@lokos.ai, identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and enough information to locate it (for private portal files, the relevant document/project reference rather than public exposure of confidential files). Include your contact information, signature, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law, and a statement of accuracy and your authority under penalty of perjury. Do not include unnecessary confidential information. We may share relevant notice details with the uploader to investigate and respond.

We may restrict access while reviewing a complaint and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly material false claims or counter-notices may create legal liability. Our copyright contact is not a claim of registered DMCA-agent status; where statutory notice-and-takedown procedures apply, the statutory requirements govern.

Counter-notices

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send your signature, identification and former location of the material, name, address and telephone number, and a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief in the mistake. Include consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the United States, a federal judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and agreement to accept service from the complainant or its agent.

Where the DMCA process applies, we forward a valid counter-notice to the complainant and follow the statutory restoration process (normally 10–14 business days after receipt), unless notified of an action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringement. Separate lawful grounds to restrict material may still apply.
