Cookies and similar browser storage support different functions in Lokos AI services. The client portal is separated from public website analytics.

Necessary and requested functions

Authentication and session cookies, security/anti-forgery controls and session storage support signing in, invitations and protected requests. Browser storage also remembers requested language, theme, navigation and draft-recovery preferences. Blocking or clearing this storage may sign you out or remove local preferences or recovery information. It does not erase server-side contracts or account records.

Public website analytics

The public website loads Google Analytics only after you allow optional analytics. Before a choice or after rejection it remains off. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping it off. Google Analytics measures visits and interactions. Google may receive technical and usage information and store analytics identifiers such as _ga cookies. The client portal does not load this public analytics integration. Do not include confidential project information in public website URLs or contact fields unnecessarily. We do not deploy cross-site advertising cookies in the portal.

Consent choices and storage duration

Use Cookie settings to accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time. Accept and reject are available together; continuing to browse is not consent. The choice is stored in this browser under lokos.cookie-choice.v1 for up to 180 days. After expiry, optional analytics stops and EU visitors are prompted again. Clearing storage or using another browser can require a new choice. If storage is unavailable, rejection works for the current page and analytics defaults off on a fresh visit. Withdrawal disables analytics, clears accessible first-party _ga cookies and reloads the public page to stop previously loaded scripts; it cannot undo information already sent.

Browser error diagnostics use Sentry without session replay, performance sampling or default user/IP enrichment. Necessary operational and security diagnostics are separate from optional traffic measurement. Server and network providers may still process IP addresses to deliver and protect requests.

External services and controls

Google/Firebase authentication, Stripe checkout and Google Calendar booking may use their own cookies or storage when you interact with those services. Their notices explain their processing; booking and payment links do not load an embedded calendar or payment page merely by being displayed.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser. Necessary security logs may still be processed without cookies. Cookie durations depend on the provider and purpose; browser settings expose the current expiry of stored cookies. Contact us for questions about a particular technology.
