We do not request precise geolocation, biometric identification or sensitive demographic information for ordinary portal access. Files can contain additional categories: do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Optional voice/research services may collect voluntarily provided characteristics such as age or ethnicity for their disclosed purpose. Sensitive information is used for necessary service, security and legal purposes, not to infer characteristics for advertising.
Sale, sharing and disclosures
We do not sell portal personal information or share portal documents for cross-context behavioral advertising. Relevant categories may be disclosed to operational providers, authorized organization members, professional advisers or authorities for the purposes above and in the Privacy Policy. Cookie and tracking practices for the public website are described separately in the Cookie & Tracking Disclosure. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.
California requests
To exercise applicable rights to know/access, obtain a portable copy, correct or delete information, or ask about sale/sharing or sensitive-information use, email maria@lokos.ai. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to verification of identity and authority. We will acknowledge and respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain exceptions and not discriminate for exercising rights. No purchase or account creation is required to make a request. Account closure does not automatically delete contracts, invoices, audit records or information subject to legal holds.
